Page Design

How do I build a Yearbook spread?

Follow the rules below to build a beautiful yearbook spread!

Eye Line- every spread (two side by side pages) will have an eye line.A eye line is a  horizontal break on the spread, but not in the middle of the layout."
* our eye line will be two lines--Two boxes top and bottom across the page

Dominant Photo- The dominant photo is the larges photo on the page. We will have one Dominant photo on each spread. If the spread had a different sport/club on two pages we will have one dominant photo for each team
  • If  club/team has a full spread the dominant photo can stretch across the seam of the pages. Make sure you don't have any faces in the seam..
  • When choosing a dominant photo choose a photo that had multiple team members and you would consider the "best" photo from their gallery.
